Your thoughts on these 20s...

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Hi all, I just picked up a new EX35 in black and I am already on the prowl for new rims.

Coming from a G35 coupe, I am loving the EX and partly missing the G.

What are you thoughts on these in 20s on a Black EX? I am leaning towards the polished lip.

I like 5 spokes wheels. It blends in right with the EX35 body.

More than 5 spokes looks girly!

That Enkei looks nice!

This is what I have for Summer (not a five spokes though!)

Hi there and welcome aboard. Markham eh? I'm from Markham too. Go Markham Go!!

I am thinking of putting 20's too but just debating should I put staggered or not. I am checking around trying to find the perfect matched rims for my EX as well. I personally love the polish lip one. The all black will make the rim looks smaller thou...

I shopped around since my post and found the polished lip version even cheaper.

Perhaps an EX meet soon in the GTA? I'm at Warden and 14th.

Staggerd on a AWD = NO.... mechanically not advisable.

Warden & 7 here. I probably see you guys around before. If you guys see a Dark Currant with yellow fogs then that's me.

I've just installed some metallic tint (30% all around) by Audio Heaven. The guy there refer me to a place @ Denison/Woodbine for rims. He said they can hook me up with some discounts. I'll probably go and check it out soon.

Maybe we should get a GTA meet going this summer

OMG you must be joking. I am at the Circa townhomes right next to you. That means we are neighbours. You're lucky that you work so close from home, AMEX? I unfortunately work in Mississauga. Yup 100km a round trip daily. Lucky that I am driving my wife's MB instead of stacking up the km's on the EX. The EX is my baby shuttle which my wife drives when I am at work.

PM feature does not exist in the forum. Just email me [email protected]

BTW they did a fantastic job

I'll be in Mississauga for a wedding in two weeks!

It seems like there are more EXs in Canada than in the states.

As far as the rims are concerned I like the first set with polished lip.

20" are too pricey for me im getting 17" chrome Zen ZR10 and just reusing the stock tires. black rims would be awkward on my dark current EX so thats why i got chrome since it would match the chrome on the car. ill post pics if any one wants to see. getting them in next week

PS I'm on west side TorontoI've been seeing many EX's pop up in my area lately

Keep the 17" Stock rims with tires for the winter.

Invest in some 18" Rims and Tires. Craigslist has some great deals from retailers and private sales.

hi guys, I'm from North York. I see more EX35 on the road these days. I'm also looking for 20" rims. (Been saying that for awhile). Can someone tell me the address of the retail shop at the Denison and Woodbine location?

What kind/style are you looking for?

After calling and emailing a variety of stores...I found pricing to be very competive locally

http://www.Maximwheels.net (where i will likely be getting mine)

http://www.exclusivewheel.ca (aggressive pricing, but in ajax)

Thanks for the info.

I like the combination of chrome and black.such as model KF1 at http://www.modularsociety.com

I'm not a fan of five spokes I think it leaves too much empty space in the wheels.

I also went to Automotive Import Market on Denison just EAST of Woodbine... what a joke.

They where quoting $530 more for a package that I got quoted from 2 other stores (same rims and rubber, install, balance, etc).

Needless to say I didnt stay very long to look around.

Tire/rim pricing was ok... in store selection was poor.

It's good that you've mentioned it because I was about the check them out as well. I am looking for MSR rims 20s. Probably 20x8.5 (42mm) with 245-40-20 tires. Which place would you recommand?

I am going back to PacMall and China Towers Mall (across the street) to get more pricing.

Which MSR 20s are they? I will quote them for you.

Falken 452 245/40/20s seem to be the best bang for the dollar right now. that is what I have been getting quotes with.
