I installed GPS, led lights, led light bar, done tire rotations, used fuel injector cleaners, changed wipers, etc. I keep this list for anyone in the future who wants to buy my car, and would like to see service records. If anyone wants to challenge the validity of the list; I'd point them to the parts, this forum, or YouTube lol.

2008 Nissan Rogue SL 78K

I have changed both driver and passenger cv axles.
Cabin/ Air Filter
Oil
Drive Belt..
All 4 Rotors/Brakes.

Is there anything else i should be doing to the car?

My mechanic said the transmission fluid is really dirty and needed to be changed... should i take it to dealer or have the mechanic do it ?

Did you happen to look at the list above by the OP? I would say that's a pretty good guide to answer you question about required maintenance, you won't find any better or more detailed response. Regarding the CVT fluid change, if you're ok with the risk and ensure your mechanic is using genuise Nissan CVT fluid he can certainly do the job, but I would ensure he only does a drain and refill, not a power flush for fear of damaging your transmission.
