Your 90-0 Stopping Time?

Wanted to run some braking tests on the s13, adjusted hand brake cable to about the same tension as reg. brakes pressure at full throw (e-brake pulled fully). I figure any tighter and some wheel skid occurs, need to keep the tires planted on high speed runs, anyways would someone be able to verify my braking stats to yours, I can come from 90mph to 0 in 3 seconds flat. I'm looking to improve upon this however I need a baseline as I never tested mine before modifying the stock setup. Much appreciated, remember be safe,
