I e-mailed him back to give me more info on the car. you guys think i should hold out for a little longer for a possible kouki?
Take it. Take it and run. That's a very nice white Zenki, and you know (from that NSX) that the owner could afford to take care of it and mod it the RIGHT way. Besides, it's a good color. You never want to settle for a color you don't want, as a good repaint will often cost more than an engine swap.

Besides, Zenkis are hawt. I have a Kouki, but when I went to look for an S14, I wasn't specifically looking for a Kouki, it's just what I found first.

Trade that man. Immediately.

Perhaps, but that s13 will run circles around a stock s14, hehe...

I usually see SR-powered S13's trading for somewhere between $6000 and $8000 unless they've got either damage or substantial modifications.

To give an idea what a mint, stock, 5spd Kouki is still worth....I've been in semi-serious negotiations with an individual from Zilvia for the last day who is interested in buying my car. His opening offer was still five figures.

I realize that's decidedly the high end of the spectrum. I think Koukis are a bit overvalued right now, and consequently, I think Zenkis are undervalued. Thus, now would be a good time to buy one, as I don't think Zenki prices will sink much, if at all, in the near term.

yes a/t sucks badly. Thats what took me 4 months to find my hawt white zenki. I see there are no bids on your car either. I would buy it and turbo it if i had the money. I love your kouki. Auto + boost = mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm hawtness

Yep, I'm definitely keeping the auto on there. Even if the stock transmission goes out, another auto will be going in there. Call me crazy, but I'm not ALL about the enjoyment of shifting all the time and getting faster 1/4 mile times. I'm buying TEIN H-Techs, which are actually softer than stock springs. I like comfort, and a lowered stance. I don't want to feel every bump on the crappy, pothole-ridden roads of Durham, NC.

Well, the 5spd is a big part of it, but other factors would be 98 vs 97, I don't know what trim model yours is, and this buyer is specifically looking for a Silver Moss car.

I wish they had put cool HUD's or something on our cars. I want a cool pointless option that breaks all the time....I feel left out.

I think the closest they came for that would have to be the little ring around the ignition. Mine came off, and won't stay on for the life of me. I just need to get around to buying a new one.
