Just a heads-up: Harbor Freight has their Item No. 90899 "7 Function Multi-Tester" on sale again for $2.99.



Just picked up a couple more of them this afternoon (that makes four! ), and all of them tested very close in accuracy to my Fluke 73III DMM - within a couple of percent.

They aren't pretty or rugged, but they do the job - and cheaply enough that I can afford to keep one in the glove compartment all the time (after tossing the cheap 9 volt battery in favor of a quality Alkaline replacement).
