when you are going to time a sr20det do u have to pull out the tps sensor and what degree should i set it at

According to the S15 manual I have:Warm up engine then shut it offDisconnect TPSStart engineRev 2-3000 RPMs 2-3 times in neutral, then back down to idle speedLoosen CPS bolts and turn CPS to achieve correct timing using a light on the pulley

Right-most timing mark is 20*BTDC, marks are 5* increments.
