I was watching Jimmy's Food Factory tonight. He made Yorkshire pudding and compared his homemade version to the tall and consistent pudding that comes from the factory.

They look like tornado-inspired biscuits. Its funny to learn that the reason they exist is solely out of cheapness and the need to stretch more expensive ingredients by filling people with bread.
