Sweet, PM works out much better for me. I might be able to bring a couple of more guys out as well. But if someone could get an address, that would be great.

MAPQUEST FOR APPLEBEES LOCATION

MAPQUEST FOR OLD COUNRTY BUFFET LOCATION

ALSO, I think we should refer to these meets as NISSAN meets not just 240sx meets. If you only say 240 that people with other cars may not feel welcome!

The meet was originally supposed to be just 240'sBut other cars decided to show up...

No one had problems with this, so it was fine.

But to make it clear, it was a 240sx meet...it was never intended to be a Nissan/other car meet

But who care's.... I don’t

we even had an MR2, a turbo truck, old school porsche , 350z-SC, a bike, etc

I know that it was a 240 meet. I am just saying that we will get a much larger turnout if we invite all nissans! Its not fair to the members who have other cars if it is only 240's. We are all one big happy family here!

This isn’t the only forum who is apart of this

It’s not a NICO meet.....

240sxforumTurbo forumNico Forum

Are the forums who is apart of this..

The goal was, to put together a meet, where all the local 240 dudes can come out and BS about there SR/KA/RB's Suspension, wheels etc...

There are Weekly get together in York (like chill spots)People are more then welcome to come to them....

but whatever.. i dont care who shows up

yea originally it was just to be a 240 meet but now its a RWD Import meet. Which is awesome anyways because RWD Imports are f*cking better than any other cars anyways. Welcome all MR2, Z32, Z33, S13, S14, MKIII, MKIV guys that are coming. Sorry if i missed any other cars that are making there appearance. Cant wait to see everybody there.

I still think everyone here should be invited!! It's not fair to only invite some members, and not others. Some of the most knowledgeable people here don't drive RWD cars. We will all miss out if we don't make everyone welcome!

I said I don’t care if every one else comes. To OCB , There will be lots of Hondas out there for them to talk to.. Or DSM's or what ever..

It’s a 240/RWD meet ...If you don’t like it sorry for the inconvenience

There’s tons of Honda meet’s and DSM meet’s Supra meets.. Other cars will just feel like Outcast’s

The meet was intended to be for 240’s simple as that.

I am not saying other cars can’t come.But its still a 240 meet…

So in other words, if I come in anything thats not a 240 or RWD(or anything different than you), I'll be treated as an outcast!

THAT IS THE REASON I LEFT THOSE OTHER FORUMS AND CAME HERE!

I know these aren't just NICO meets, but one reason NICO has so many more members than those other forums is, we are a family, we respect everyone else and what they drive, and we make everyone feel welcome!

If you want 20 car there, your way is fine. Treat everyone with respect, invite them all, and by the end of the meet season, I bet we can have 50 nonricer, well built cars there, every Saturday night!!

I own a 240 and my other vehicle is RWD also, so I am not arguing this just so I feel welcome, Im just saying your acting like those honda and DSM owners you don't seem to like very much!

Now that i've said what is on my mind, I'll let this thread alone

Chad

P.S. I am the reason the last meet was successful. All that was posted on any of the forums was "lets meet somewhere in york on 7/9". I am the one who spent 4 hours posting a time and specific location and all the other details on 14 different forums.

Did i not say every one who wants to come can...?I never said they can’t...I said they will feel like an outcast, never said i will treat them like one.

I will be driving a CIVIC... I said I didn’t care what ppl drove..All i said that this meet was intended to be a 240 meet....And we posted it up on forums which relate to 240, umm nico is a Nissan/infi forum, hmmm 240sxforum is pretty self explanatory, turboforum is a local.

Dude, I owned a DSM (laser AWD turbo) I had 5-6 civic.. I love all of them cars...So I have nothing against them.

I am just telling you this WAS a 240meet

I don’t care who shows up.

But... Other forums, expect this to be a 240sx meet. Got it?Not a, what ever “paemt6220” what’s to invite

I am the dude with the Camera + tripod Who drives a 4dr civic, Who will most likely have a Red peakboost/phoenix turbo Shirt

We can converse in person; I am done trying to explain my self on here

Arguements on the inetrnet easily become heated because people cant see each others faces and hear each other voices.

I am sure you are a real nice guy in person (I think I met you before I am the guy with the Blue Z33) but I must say your postings on here dont really make that impression..

Thats why you are getting pushback after your posts

Well, since this is a 240/RWD meet, I guess I'm not coming then. I would be just be an outcast. And since I'm already an outcast with my family, job, and general social life, I don't need that $hit when it comes to the one thing I love: cars. So fine, you guys can be that way then. I hate you, hate you all. Thanks for nothing.

J/K! Was that dramatic enough? I want my Oscar now dammit!

Actually, I'm not going to be able to make it on Saturday night. I have to wake up early on Sunday for the autocross, along with trying to get tires put on my new wheels for the autocross itself. So I'm going to be a no show unfortunately. Maybe next time though. You guys have a good time!

Off Topic: Fred, I think I may have a deal on those same tires from Justin Bedard (Henna E30 M3 at the autocrosses) who's getting rid of his and they're almost brand new so I think I'm going to pick those up. If not, I'll give a call if you're still interested in selling. Thanks!

so much internet drama. I was the first to post York as a meet and Tom then helped me out posting on different places. First Post was on 240sxforum.net, almost a month before the first meet. The only reason we never gave an exact place to meet was because the cops were getting ****ty with everybody sitting and I didnt know if they would issue tickets for loitering at that time. So i was really looking out for everybody.

Anybody who knows about 240sx or owns a 240sx is gladly invited. Along with the Z family and i hope some Supras and MR2's will show up. Whoever wants to come by the group and check out the cars and ask questions is more than welcome. But i still want the cars listed above to park in its own group. I wouldnt want Civics (no offense Tom) and sh*t mixed in our group.

LoL Kevin dude.. i know.. I wasn’t planning on parking near the group.Don’t worry.

I really wish my car is done...

I knew i should have kept one of the other shells and put in a KA.Just to have a forty to ride around in.

But hey, I look forward to seeing every one.

BTW.. Kevin, I think I am going to go with the JUN Camshaft kit, I was adding every thing up, and it’s a little cheaper, For the cams, springs, dual valve springs and adj. cam gears264 duration/ 10.5 lift-ex/in

They have the 264 duration in a 11.5 lift, but that’s more wild

The studs and nuts holding the O2 housing to my turbo rattled off at the end of my 500 mile oddesy thursday, dont think I'm going to make it

On the positive side, for the last couple of miles of the trip, my car sounded like a semi hauling *** down the road with the rear end of the turbo wide open. That gave me some funny looks

Can't wait until tonight guys. I am also bringing up 2 other Z32's to Applebee's. I was out last night and there were 50-60 cars in the Staples parking lot at around 12:00. I think there will be more tonight though.
