How much should I be spending on Yokohama all weather tires with installation?

And also, how much should snow tires cost?

I have a 1998 Nissan 240SX SE and they're just the stock tires. I'm going to be living in Boston with a turbocharged car, so I'm a little worried, hehe. Thanks
