Got a set of Wag rims like yours and will be doing the refinish job per your instructions in the next few days. Got the finish remover, some flat black, and some clear coat.

I'm contemplating just remounting my 32s....MTRs with about 60% tread left, for now.

Are you running 33x12.50s on yours? How's that working out? Seems to be about a 7.5" rim, which should be fine. How's that rattle can clear coat holding up on the rims?

My axle is getting regeared right now. All I have left to buy is about 6 nuts and bolts and some steering linkage. I'll be reassembling the axle this weekend probably. Swap will be in December or January - a 2 day SAS.

Rims are holding up fairly well, but their first winter is fast approaching so I'll see how the rims hold up against a Candian winter and road salt.

I'll be buying some PAM cooking spray to coat the wheel in between car washes for sure.

I am still on the 31's for now but that will be changing soon as the 4.875's are en-route. gear job will be done in mid-late November.

Once I get the gears in I'll be going with 33x10.50's. I don't want a wide tire so that means BFG's are my only option.

Couldn't find a 4.90 3rd member in a wrecking yard?
