Ok, I see all this stuff that dauntless is trying to sell and claiming people will receive them, but who has actually gotten something from him? :)

Heh, well, currently I"m not trying to sell anything. I'm actually turning people away. I'm still waiting on my first shipment, everything will be resolved soon though. My actual physical location should be 100% operational by about March 10th. : ) A couple of guys have gotten things from me, nothing major. : ) Enjoy your day!

Ok, assume that Dauntless WILL, indeed, get his stuff out to everyone, but doesn't anyone think its absurd that your waiting so long? Also, do you guys like waiting? There are other shops also, but why wait on dauntless or is he just some kind of a STUD? And what is funny is that i've read so many people's post about receiving their stuff since last year and still not have gotten it, but yet, they LOVE waiting. thanx, I'm jus wondering...peace

yes, it does seem like its the 20th of time because people are actually starting to wonder now. I've also read that his shop is going to be 100% open after New Years. And now March? How about next summer? Yes, it does take a lot to open a shop, but usually people don't advertise until they actually do have a shop because people are not just goin to start buying stuff. payce

If you read the other posts, and seen what other said about waiting, and Daunt has posted alot about his shop and when it will be ready....why make another post asking when, when he just told everyone in some other threads?? I'm just saying since I read this. You say there are other shops and ask if some like waiting, well if they say Yes they like to wait to get something especially from Daunt, doesn't that answer your question?? :D Maybe its worth the wait for the shipment to come in and for him to open up, dont ya think ;)

(I just had to say that) hehehe

WHAT DO YOU CARE! You're obviously not going to buy anything from him, you just want to B***H, so why don't you just go f*** off.

Its funny how read all these posts about people wanting their stuff yet didn't read Dauntt's initial post where he said there was NO DEFINITIVE DATE. Guess you conveniently missed that one.

You obviously don't have anything on order from him so why do you care? He's a stand-up guy and if there is any serious problems with the shipment he will deal with his customers in a resonable and respectable manner.

So again, SCREW OFF. These posts are actually more annoying than Vimy's...and I didn't think that was possible.

Well, unfortunately some things don't work out the way you had planned. About half of the people who deposited on the first shipment deposited in the end of November/Early December. The other half deposited after the new Year, so some have been waiting about 3 months, and others about 4-5, or at least that's how long they'll have been waiting when the engines actually get here, which will be late March. My doors open on March 10th, my building is almost finished ( something I've never said before ) nor had I given a definitive date before, Torry moves up here to begin working for me on March 5th or so. That's already been taken care of, right now I'm aligning all of my equipment and inventory. : ) Then I"ll be fully open and taken care of. I never made any definitive remarks before, as one of the other guys said, sometimes things go wrong, and they did, but it's being rectified. Not everyone is waiting or has waited, I've returned several peoples money and just left those slots open, lots of people have been offering me all sorts of things to get in on those slots, but I'm not going to make the same mistake twice, the people who are waiting made their choice and I appreciate it. I'm sorry for the inconvenience I have caused them, and have appologized several times. Not to shift blame or anything, but other shops have taken much longer to deliver, and they've given exact dates everything was supposed to go down. I told people there was a risk and tried to compensate for that by offering a discount. : ) Beyond that I've offered more compensation for the delay, which is between myself and the parties involved. : ) The ones who have decided to stick it out seem pleased. Some people took it, that's all there is too it. We actually are opening now, which is the first time I've come out and said that. : ) If you happen to want to be a customer of mine down the road you're obviously welcome, if you have something against me, don't buy from me. It's that simple, talk with your money. Enjoy your day! : )

People might be waiting but they are waiting for a good product from a good guy. Heck I got a cheepo motor that blew up within 15 sec of it starting. It took me over 6 months to get my money back. I don't see Adam doing that to anybody, that's why people want to deal with him.

He's a good guy that I've known since way before NICO, he's not out to screw people, he's been set back. I know if I was waiting for a motor I'd be pretty pissed about it. But he's been honest with everybody, and given money back to those who wanted it. A lot of people are sticking with them though, due to his character and reputation. Those are 2 things that you cant buy, you have to earn, and he's earned that around here.

Just chill....no reason to get all upset about it. geez...soo if apex wants to be whatever so be it. If you dont want to search don't, but seeing as there are 2 links posted up there not much work to just click the link to see :)

Its not like some one is saying buy from daunt or making you to. Like you said about waiting, if you don't want to wait and know other places to get what you want then go get it, if not just chill out and wait like everyone else for it all to happen. Quit getting so upset about it. He's telling you up there and even in the other links about when it should be open....things happen all the time to delay stuff but I dont see anyone else getting p!$$ed about it.

I have 2 words for you: grow up.

You need to do a little research before you make any accusations. As many people have said many times, Daunttless is a respectable dude, and he has done the right thing by giving back the money for those who felt their demands were not met. I know if I was lloking to do an SR swap, I would go to him, even with the wait. The sheer amount of respect that is shown for him by the hundreds of people on here bode well for him in my opinion! You need to be careful what you say when you have no argument to back it, and when you are wrong be a man and take responsibility for your actions. Don't start cursing and insulting everyone. That is just immature.

Actually, i have nothing against Dauntless and i jus had some questions to ask. And regarding to.."grow up"...im acting like APEX...so tell APEX that. I'm not flaming the whole forum, just him. and i wasn't even pissed off, i was laffing while i was typing. Now that i felt that my questions are answered, I'm done. but if i do have some more questions about the his shop, i will ask them.

Rockenreno: By the way, if i didn't do any research, y would i make your so called "accusations?" And how would i know who to accuse? :rolleyes

SilGuy - Some advice: APEX ain't the a$$hole around here.

However, I am.

And I will moderate your butt six ways from Sunday if you EVER tee off on someone with that kind of language (which I deleted) again.

When you've been around awhile, then you can start questioning people's integrity. But by then you'll see that we're all pretty credible.

If you don't want to do biz with someone, go buy elsewhere - You haven't been harmed in any way, so settle down, chill out, and enjoy the site. If you plan to stick around, welcome to NICO.

Nissan: My website is actually already finished, or just about already finished, I'm in negotiations with my web designer to get it out of hock. : ) He has some needs that he wants met, and I'm doing my best to meet them so that everything is functional. My shopping cart and articles probably won't be finished right on the 10th, but everything should be good to go imminently. : ) Enjoy your day!

AZhitman: Thanx for the welcoming...but i've been around for like a year now. Is that long enough to question people's integrity? What goes around comes around...i just asked some simple questions and that dude took it like someone spit on his face so i was jus returning his favor. I'll continue to surf in this site cuz i like this site. :ylsuper

silguy,

I am not here to bash or flame, but the way you come off isn't a very positive one. If you have been here for a while you would know we have had problems with web space to begin with. In knowing that, and knowing there had been 20 post about this already, why start another one. Especially since you state that you like this site....you are just adding more wastless space on the site it might crash and be down. Then you couldn't enjoy the site which you say you like.

Also it dosen't seem to me that you like this site that much, otherwise you wouldn't of made an ignorant post like this. If you want to question someone's integrity, you can do that off-forum time and email someone. I do not appreciate threads like these. So if you don't have anything positive to say, and if you are just going to rant and rave......just don't.
