Terry, as of now, there is no official recall. I doubt there will be.
Discount knows these tires are not suitable for the Q, or similar heavy car. During an informal chat with my pal at the local Discount Tire(my direct competitor), he said matter of factly that:
A. Discount knows about this
B. The problem is and will be handled on a case by case basis. Meaning, if they sold you the tires, and you are a constant PITA about it, they may just credit you the difference, and act like they are doing you a favor. Usually, after the storm blows by, there will be an effort to sell other tire models in the lineup, instead of the YK420, and then eventually they will phase the tire out of inventory.
There will likely be months of "investigating" into customer complaints, and comments from installers about customer satisfaction, or lack thereof.
Sad to say this, but don't be too disheartened, this is more common than you might realize.

Actually, it's not a "Q" thing - Lots of folks are dissatisfied with the YK's, especially in larger sizes. Methinks the small car guys just don't know any better and wouldn't know a crappy tire if it was jammed up their..... sideways.
