Everyone probably knows about the head swap I've done by know. I will crank but won't rev past 2,500 or so. Also when it cranks it takes a moment for things like the tach and other electronic things to come on. I have wired in the DOHC MAF, and injectors. With the SOHC ECU in and using SOHC MAF, it will crank. Using SOHC ECU with DOHC MAF , it will crank. Using DOHC ECU with DOHC MAF it won't crank. But with a resistor I bought on ebay that advances the timing by fooling the ECU of the MAF's temp reading, the car will crank with either ECU. Still same problems though, and also i switched out the TPS, which is stated in the FSM, when it is faulty the car will stay in limp mode and won't rev past 2400, which it still won't do.

Sounds like bad wiring.
