I need the bolts that go to my banjo fittings on my turbo. Any suggestions.

All banjo bolts at turbo and the copper washers.

Are these for the water and oil bolts and gaskets that go to the turbo, or are the ones to the block included?

This means all the banjo bolts at the turbo, like all of them, and the copper washers for them....with the quantity needed per car.

One oil line is NOT a banjo bolt, on the bottom of the turbo. I did not include anything for that.

You asked "on my turbo" and those are the numbers I gave you. If you need the ones at the block, I will give you those....as it sits you have the numbers for

ALL BANJO BOLTS AT TURBO AND THE COPPER WASHERS.
