So as I was going on a 2 hour trip to my in-laws cabin up north, I was caught off guard when my TPMS light came on. About 8 months ago I had to have it reset by the dealer and it hasn't given me any trouble since. Anyway, the TPMS light stayed lit for a few seconds, then flashed, and then went away after about a minutes time. I pulled over and the tires looked okay, so I continued to drive and after a 2 days of having my car parked up north (I was just fishing) all my tires looked good and the pressure in them were fine as well. Anyone ever have it come on and go off after a minute?

This has happened to me twice.

The first time was on a drive from St. Louis to Colorado Springs. Just over the Colorado border the light started flashing, then was on constantly for a while. I pulled over and the pressure was fine. Turned the car back on and the light did not go on again.

It happened again once last week, actually while I was on the way to the dealer for my 15K service and other repairs discussed in another thread here. I forgot to say anything - but I know they checked the tire pressure all around so I suppose all is good for now.
