Yet another RB20 S14 problem

I just recently had my RB20 into S14 engine harness made but I'm running into weird problems that do not make much sense to me. When the harness is hooked up to the F3 chassis plug, my ignition switch acts funny. The dash will stay on when the key is pulled out, the fuel pump won't prime, and even the bell won't go off when the door is opened. However, if I snap the switch to the ON position very quickly, the pump will prime and if i switch it OFF the same way, the dash will turn off. I tried to spin the CAS once I could get the green relays to click on and I still got no spark or fuel. I don't believe the switch is bad because when I pull the harness off of the F3 plug, the switch works perfectly. I'm stumped. Please help.

Where did you get power for the ECCS relay?????
