Hey all, Figured I'd introduce myself before posting some questions I have. I just picked up my 1993 300zx n/a last weekend. The first time I inspected the engine bay I might as well have been trying to read japanese, but after doing some research on here and tt.net I'm having less "wtf is that?!?!" moments lol I've gotten so used to working on my 74 260z that my mind still expects to see old 70's technology in every car.

The 300 is all stock and has some issues but nothing major. I bought it to be my DD. The 260 is going to be my track/weekend car (one day...). The engine is out at the moment so it wont be going anywhere anytime soon.

Anyway, enough talking more pictures...

Welcome man, as for the 94 spoiler on a 93, it looks like the car has been repainted and maybe had some body work done on it so it could have been installed by the previous owner. BTW that 260 is a freakin dream of mine, I WILL one day have a garage of all Z cars!

Oh yeah it has definitely been repainted. The bottom of the back bumper looks like a damn refrigerator lol and now is a good time to pick up an early z project. They're cheap as hell nowdays.

I'm well aware man, but I'm moving overseas for sometime so I have to put all my projects on hold but once I come back I should have the funds for not only a few new projects but for a house and garage :D

Where to??

I've been living in South Africa for the last 6 months waiting to get home and work on my Z. I actually found it online back in June and got my dad to pick it up for me, so I haven't even had a chance to work on it/drive it. All I've been doing since June is research and more research. I figured if I couldn't physically work on it I might as well become an expert before I get back.

I'm moving to Australia for 4 years, going to go make some serious money for a little bit so I can make some investments and spoil myself later
