Yet another dash lights thread

Hi.
This started about a month ago. I have old-school analog dashboard. When I turn on light, the dashboard does not lid up.
If I quickly turn it off/on for about 10 times, it lights!
if not and I drive for about 7-10 minutes, it also suddenly turns on!
What can it be?

My guess is it would be the light switch and it's arcing.
A way to determine that would to be to test the switch using a multimeter. Refer to the FSM on the exact procedure.

If it is the switch you can open it up (I'm not exact sure on how the S13's switch is like, I've done this on my S14) clean up the contacts inside and reapply some contact grease.

Are all the lights going out or just one or two of the bulbs at a time?
