yet another bulb question

or really 2 questions.

1) are the dome light bulbs the same as the courtesy bulbs in the doors? i am wanting to replace them with LED's?

2) i would just take the cover off and look.... but here is where the question comes in. how do you take the cover off the lights in the doors. ive been prying all around but cant figure it out and really dont wanna break it.

It would help to know what year & model of car you have. On my '05 coupe, the over head "map" lights are the same as the under door "entry" lights. The cover on the bottom of the door just pops out. I replaced both of mine with LED's and am very happy.

It's all good, just add it where you put yer hometown and such. I went through the same thing when I started here. I would go out and double check exactly how the underdoor lens pops but I've got 8" of snow in the driveway.

I'd bet that you lights would be the exact same since they are the same model and year...
