yet again another hud ?

ive been skimming around nico for a while and im having alittle trouble diagnosing my hud problem. i think its something to do with the white box down by the kick panel but not 100% sure. the dash lights dont work nor does the numbers for the hud BUT the rpm,temp,gas, and etc all work. even the parking brake lights so basicly everything on the right side from the rpm gauge over. Previous owner said it works when its warm outside??? idk somethin wierd. any advice is great thanks!

Back of the line buddy, its the TCU. Get a new one or do what all others do, wait till its warm.

Believe the TCU is the dash light problem, but sounds like the HUD/Speedo is going out as well.
