I installed a stage three clutch on my S14 sr and after bleeding the slave cylinder manually and with a power bleeder the pedal is still softer than the stock clutch. Any suggestions? Anybody have this kind of problem?

Is your clutch working properly and releasing? If so it was probably designed that way. Some pressure plates (I would assume for use with race disk or 3 puck) have a very stiff spring to clamp down hard. To lighten the load on your foot a little, they adjust the location of the pivot point for the spring, giving you a little more leverage, and a little more finesse in the release point (especially if the disk is unsprung)
