got my fuel pump on and it was so beutiful that i almost cried but i kept my composier so that I could post this thread I also got my alternator on. My car has been sitting three months or so and my power stering is whinning I'm hoping that this is due to the down time and it will clear up but if not thats my next project you guys rock man! thanks to eveyone who responded to my post:ylsuper

Did you say you got your alternator on? The power steering whine may be from the idling pulley on the alternator. It's about a $24 fix.

By the way, congrats on your fuel pump and alternator.

hay thanks for the congrats I'll check that idling pulley tonite it seems to stop once it warms up
