i was looking at a strip of red led lights that reminded me of the audi R8 lights. This could really go either way and look stupid or look pretty cool, but i was thinking of gluing a strip of those leds in red along the bending chrome strip in the middle of the headlight, because I already switched out the rest of my interior/license plate lights with red. I figure worst case scenario i just take them out if they dont look good. Whats your opinion?

I'm doing something similar. I am going to paint the amber flat black as well as the inner housing. Then drill Leds into the strip to make it look liike an r8's leds except vertical. Should be done within the next two months. I won't reveal just yet how I'm going to do it though!

Just be careful with the red LEDs, may want to use blue or hyper white. The Red is illegal on the front of the vehicle in most states. That said I think it would look cool, and want to see pics when you get done so I can choose if I want to or not! haha
