We have 3 servers.
Two main problems are:
1) Non-members using PhotoPost for non-NICO stuff (pics are posted on other sites but not for the benefit of NICO), so it costs us money but we don't see any return on our investment.
2) PhotoPost, quite simply, sucks.
We are implementing a solution as I type this, and it is PRIORITY ONE.

THat's just one of the issues - The other "cons" really make the search for a good alternative difficult.
HOW-FREAKIN-EVER, we are beta-testing a system, starting tomorrow (mods only), that I think will solve ALL of these issues, and it is WAAAAY easier to use.
Lots of drag / drop and instant pic inclusion. Amazingly powerful software that NO OTHER FORUM has.
