First of all, you bought an 89. It's an old car. It's already 17 years old, going on 18. It's older than some members on this board. Expect problems.
you've got the alternator in the trunk so why the complaint? have it tested before popping it in though.
missing engine mount, what it's totally missing and resting on the intake manifold or something? They're cheap and will need replacement for an 89 anyway.
The whole arm, so what? plenty of folks parting out 240's anyway. Go get a used one. Cheap
battery. again, it's one of those parts you replace every so often.
oil leak - depends on where the leak is coming from that will make it a pain to fix or not.
interior pieces can fetch a pretty penny if you're looking for perfect black interior pieces.
rust - never a good thing. have a body shop look it over. it rusted through or has surface rust?
fenders are a commonly jacked up part. again, it's 17 going on 18. expect it to have had minor fender benders and dings from the mall parking lot with a-holes that swing their doors open hard and wide.
right headlights, you check the relay?
600 bucks, you got what you paid for.
