I would have gone for the B & M but I'm preaty broke now (I went to ebay to save 10 bucks, I don't think I need to explain) and I don't think OBX could be that bad. I have their muffler and I like it. There are install instructions on zilvia.net that I'm going to use. This shouldn't be that difficult, right? I mean I don't want to take off my old shifter, somehow mess up and not be able to drive it cause I cant get the stick back in... How much time am I looking at if I never did this before?

Nope, shouldn't be too difficult... I haven't personally done it but getting the stock shifter out isn't too hard so installing a new one sounds like a breeze. There's also instructions on 240sx.org in the FAQ section if you need more help.

The one thing that sucks about the obx shifter is that you need to make a rubber piece to cover the transmission because the stock piece (at least or sr transmission) will not cover it bcause the square piece is too big for it. And it does not include a new one.

Let me know what you do because I wont be working on my car until my reprogramed ecu comes back in........It doesnt work, and Ive been waiting almost 2 weeks for it to be checked by the company:mad:

I might go to a transmission shop and fish through their used parts to find somthing that works.....cause fliud comes up out of transmission if not covered.
