Picked up a sr20det full swap, well almost. Good news got the whole thing for $160. Bad news it doesn't have a turbo, intercooler, ecu or harness. Also the guys previous spun a bearing. I'm not to worried about any of this because I wanted to build the motor anyways (switch over to a front mount also). I know I need to get the crank machined possibly replaced depending on the damage. Anyways I want to order the gasket rebuild kit, forged pistons and rods, new turbo thinking the garret 2871R , heavy throttle easy install kit and a few other things. I just ordered the SR swap DVD and engine build DVD. I'm going to do new water pump and oil pump and as many other maintenance items as possible to make it a reliable daily driver. Any input is greatly appreciated. I'll keep updating with the build. ( yes I finally have a build thread)
