Y50 M45 Intake

So a few months back one of my friends at R2C Performance let me know they were designing an intake for the M45. A few weeks ago he let me know it was ready and they just needed a car for test fitment. Of course I volunteered my car. Fitment didn't take too long and most of the work went into removing the old intake, which is very heavy btw. I've put about 3.5k miles on the car over the last few weeks, trip down to Florida and back and driving around for work, to test it and I'm very impressed. Sound quality is definitely improved which led to some low mileage numbers the first week . I'm still waiting for graphs on gains since another M was used for R&D but was told it increased about 12HP at the wheels. I'll post them once I get them. Mileage did improve a good 2-3MPG's even under hard driving. Best of all, no CEL light which concerned me the most. I'll get better pics but here's a quick one snapped from my cell when we were doing the fit test.
