y34 suspenion problems

What's up guys I'm new to this stuff so bare with me. I don't know if theres a thread about this but I couldn't find it.
I just installed the max coilover setup on my M and I'm getting all kinds of clanks and clunks!! I tripled checked all the bolts and everythings tight! I have no clue what to do now... Any feed back would be great

Some will tell you that clunking is normal with coilovers....

But others will tell you sway bar endlinks or mounts....

I don't think anyone knows for sure.
Most of the coilovers (megan, tein, KW) have that "clunking"sound when installed on different types of car.

You can troubleshoot different parts and see where that takes you. Maybe change the mounts if old.

Thanks bud.....I had it up on a lift today and it looks like my front sway bar links are shot. Will be replacing them soon! Hopefully that helps but I can also hear a knock coming from the top mount somewhere but can't pin point it... As for the rear the links seem pretty healthy and clunks also seem to be coming from the top mount area. Jumping back to the front sway link, it looks like my stock links have bent/curved a lil maybe from lowering? Can I do a universal adjustable sway link? Can't seem to find any tho
