Wow thats tight! What size tires do you have on it? Did you need any spacers or anything? Is there any rubbing at all? I might consider this!

Thanks-It's been getting alot of looks. And they are 225/35/20s, but Im gonna go to 245/35/20s next time around. Thought I might not have room, but theres plenty.

OH-and for anyone buying tires online.... i got those toyos proxies-4 for 127 a tire from tires-easy.com. Seems like a shady website at first, but I guess they are a big time european online tire seller and just starting to get in over here. Shipped(Cali to Fl) and they came in at ~550 for the set of 4, fast service, highly recommended

I'd love to see the pics, but none of them, including your sig pic, works. I refresh, no worky, so I go to quote your first post so I can copy-paste the url's, they're still no worky. Host them with Nico and they'll show up every time!

I'm using Safari on a Mac. Just tried on FireFox, still no worky. Sites like ImageStation and Yahoo, really don't let you hot-link. Sometimes they'll work, others they won't. Best to just use a host such as Nico where you're guaranteed they'll work.

I dont really think those would be too good to put on an active Q... should fit fine though.

Not something Id suggest...

My Q isn't all that active. It mostly just sits around in the garage, listening to music and drooling on my garage floor.

Yea, but most "20's" arent. The weight between a alloy 17 and an alloy 20 isnt that much of a difference, especially compared to the difference between the factory alloy 17s and the heavy aftermarket chrome wheels that usually come in 20"

Man those look schweet ... and they seem to "fit" the look of the car.

I can only imagine how hot they'd be on an IPQ Y33 ... did they offer the Y33 in IPQ?

Thanks for the pics, they're astonishingly nice for a camera phone.

Nice Look!!!

I've been tossing around the idea of putting those on my '03 F50. I posted my idea a while ago, and it appears that most on here thought it would negatively affect my car's performance.

Please post your thoughts on how your car performs with the larger wheels. Thanks!

Hey Firerwr, just FYI, pretty much every wheel on the market is alloy, unless it's a "steelie" hiding behind a hub-cap. Chrome wheels could just as easily be alloy, but they got chrome plated as a last step, and it really doesn't add that much weight - probably less than a pound per wheel. Just thought you'd like to know :

I was a little worried that my Q would be a touch slower off the line with my 19's, especially with the massive 275/30 tires, and they felt heavier than the 18" OZ's that came off. Well, tell that to the Mustang GT owner (manual at that!!) that I easily kept up with this morning. I think he was a little bit suprised. Yeah, these Y33's are dog-slow.

I love the look of your car! Very clean and classy! Those wheels really make a huge difference. I bet they must look much better in person.

What are the chances they would fit on my 1991 Q45 Active?

This gives me an idea ... I'm going to start a "data collection" thread for OEM (Nis/Inf) wheels and their sizes, offsets, tire size recos and weights. Once we have the info, we'll create a new thread or an article with the info.

Look for the new thread.

I added new pics at the top. Thanks for all the props guys. As far as the ride, with the 20"s, 35 series tires, and 1" eibach drop springs(and no new shocks yet w/ 100k) the ride is rougher than before, but really it the best way to describe it is just like a cadillac cts-v. firm more than rough, and really not bad at all. i put off doing my struts before i did it because i was hoping to get them done when i have to realign it as the new springs settle, so im sure that will help some too. just wondering-how much have you guys paid for a y33 strut job?
