Y33 Weird sound on acceleration

When I am accelerating on WOT or close to there is a sort of buzzing or electrical shorting sound coming from the rear. I am suspecting maybe fuel pump but I am not sure where to start

First post questions like these in the Infiniti Online Mechanic forum. More posts that answer these type of operational questions are there.

Secondly, tee your fuel line afte the filter and put a gauge on it and measure you fuel pressure vs. rpm.

That sounds right, but if your not losing any acceleration then i wouldnt worry so much about the fuel pump......
