Y33 Suspension noise

These days I am running two Y33's. My son has one 1998 with 86,000 miles and recently he brought it home with him from college with the following issues

Air bag light flashing

CEL on

Rear suspension seems very rattly over bumps compared to my 2000 model with 54,000.

I am going to take it to my dealer for 1 and 2 but would like to ask which parts on the rear suspension are most likely to have worn out. From the service records no work has been carried out on the suspension since new
