Y33 rear end replacement

I read on some page on here that a Z32 VLSD rear end will fit directly into my Q45 (well anyones Q45 really). But I found in the article, which was about G50's, didn't speify which one, and there are several different rear ends that came out of Z32. There are two different codes, atleast three different gear ratios, and then there's turbo and non-turbo(I think they have different C/V bolt patterens. So since I'm swapping motors I thought I'd swap pumpkins, something I think I can do. Any help would be appreciated.

There's only about a 10% difference over the 3.69 diff in the Y33 Q to the 4.08 in the Z32, so it's not a huge change, but the diff you'd want is from a Z32 N/A.. It has the 5 evenly spaced holes on the flanges, and everything should plug and play.
