y33 Rear climate control trouble

Hey guys, I have some trouble and have tried searching but maybe im not using the right lingo!

Anyhoo im wondering if someone can tell me or point me in the right diretion of what causes the rear climate control panel to stop showing a display?? is it a light bump that needs replacing or is there common fault?
