Hello folks,I'm getting the following ECU codes on my 97 Q45 w/ 95k miles on it.P0325 - Knock SensorP0330 - Knock SensorP1110- IAT Sensor

However when I took it to the local infiniti dealer, they said that the EGR valve also needs replaced. Not sure why they would want to change the EGR valve as well. For changing the KS & EGR valve they are asking a ridiculous 2.5 grand. I want to get this fixed but definitely do not have 2.5 grand to pay for it, i did rather sell the car.I was wondering if experts on this site have any suggestions/direction to get it fixed at a cheaper rate. I live in the dallas area and if you know of any local mechanics who can get it done at a reasonable price, I'll appreciate.

Thanks

Are you sure the knock sensor and IAT harness is connected.............?

Did yu ever allow engine to overheat?

The sensors and harness cost ~~ $400; IAT another $200 the labor should be around $700 plus EGR work might only add an hour.

Just get on I20 and drive the 800 miles- 13 hours to T3 [we are only 10 minutes off 20].

You should be able to find a Nissan Performance Shop that should do it for around half the dealer cost.
