Y33 Independent Fog Light Mod?

So I've searched for this mod but haven't found it anywhere....Well, I did but all the images are not there anymore so it's kinda vague. Does anyone have a tutorial for doing independent fog lights on a Y33 Q45? I have a ton of friends in Japan that have done it but it's near impossible to try and have all that translated.

I had this "re-wire" on my 3rd gen maxima...super easy and worked like a champ.
