It's buried under the intake manifold. Not easy to get to.
However, you might want to look at some basic diagnostic procedures before replacing it.
Download a copy of the Q45 FSM (available at
www.nicoclub.com/FSM). Get the one for the year of your vehicle.
Go to the EC (Engine control) chapter, and one of the first items bookmarked is the list of diagnostic codes and what to do with them.
Find your code and read read read!
