Hello all.I own a 04 350Z and about to buy a 98 Q45. I've seen pics of Y33 with Z33 wheels and I was wondering will the 350Z non-Brembo brake system work on the Q45?Question two, Where do you guy buy aftermarket part for the Y33? Parts like the JDM grills, headlights, CAI, exhaust, body kit, specialy the body kit,and etc...I've put about 20grand in to my Z and hope to make this Y33 stand out.Thank in advance.Kevin.

Welcome to our club!

Do a little reading and most of your questions and more will be answered. We're a little more oriented to improving the pork than putting lipstick on the pig.

Your brake question is one that has not been covered, but I would have to ask what you would hope to gain by the switch?

Hey maxnix. 98 Q needs a brake job and I have a set of almost new rotors and calipers from my Z in my basement, if it fits I'll save $ and might look good since I can't find a BBK for the Q.I've been reading and searching for a week now but found only few good links.Thanks.Kevin.

The Q45 brakes are better suited... The Z33 brakes are only 26mm wide, whereas the Q brakes are 28, and theyre the same overall diameter (296mm if memory serves)...

in other words, its not worth going from the 2 piston sliders to the 1 piston sliders...

Welcome! The 99-2001 Y33's had the racoon eye headlights. Those can be retrofitted (along with HIDs) if you can find a set. Solini (local member here in DC) installed a JDM set this spring.zerothread?id=182279

Custom projector setup...zerothread?id=186949

FalkDesigns (Kevin) has some connections on Cima grills.zerothread?id=175592

Also, trying to spread the word about having a local meet.zerothread/187013

Got any pics of your Z?
