Stereo question
What is the wattage of the default 2.5S factory stereo and the optional Bose stereo? Did a search and couldn't find anything relevant. Thanks.

well, Bose doesn't release the wattage on its car stereos (at least that what they say on the website) I don't know where you'd find this info!

the premium bose one is 234 Watt, as for the base one i don't know but it's probably around 150. Which is crap eithier way.

if 234 is right, then those numbers are most likely max power, with RMS power being aroung 1/2 of that. If that's the case, and on average the 117 rms is spread throughout the 9 speakers evenly, that make for about 13 watts rms for each speaker....MagicM wrote:the premium bose one is 234 Watt, as for the base one i don't know but it's probably around 150.
