Y pipe question

Hi all, first time in this section. I understand the Y pipes on the G37 and FX are compatible with the M35X. But I'm coming across different designations and I'm trying to figure out if all of them are the same when it comes to the Y pipe. Are VQ37/VQ37HR/VQ37VHR the same when it comes to inlet-outlet sizing, bends, length.....and then do any/all line up with VQ35DE/VQ35HR? What I know for sure is VQ37HR works on my car, but in searching I see all of these others which I know has to do with the engine, but wondering if the differences transfers down to the pipe.
