ok so i have had to fix my turbo manifold twice now and i am putting it back togeather and i just noticed a small hole in the top of the y pipe flange and i was just wondering if anyone knew anything about it and if its not supposed to be open how can i plug it up. if any adivice could be give very soon it would be greatly appreciated.
