Y pipe and exhaust upgrades?

Looking to get a little power boost if i can afford it. I have an 03 stock GXE maxi. What would be the best thing to start with? I have a new radio and speakers comin. but for engine parts, anything worth getting. Oh i do have a K&N filter. I was thinking about just putting the oem back in cause it doesnt really help much and i dont want to mess with cleaning it.

The best power mods that I have seens for the 3.5 are headers, and a cat back.

yo wats up i have the 02 maxima 3.5 and just finished cattman y-pipe and catback the sound i got was pretty shocking its really nice also i did a totally custom ram air intake just like the frankencar intacke and it works really good
