Y Pipe Amogst other things

Good morning

Been doing a ton of reading related to cracked Y Pipes for the m35x, does anyone have pictures of where these cracks are on these pipes. Right now I am looking at new struts and shocks as well as new tires and removal of the Stech’s and all four brakes and some other really minor issues.

My car has 122,000 KM’s which is just a shade over 62,000 miles, and before I spend any more money on the car than what I have listed above, I was wondering if the cracks can be fixed?
Anyone have any pictures or diagrams as to where the cracks would be located?

Final question, if you had to spend 3-3.5 K on your 07M or buy previously enjoyed 2010 to 2011 G37X- would you take the leap or spend the money and drive the car until it dies?
Tires and Brakes are wear and tear, however, did not expect to have to renovate the suspension?
