i was cleaning my carpets today and there were air pockets all over the place. wtf is that about? shouldn't there be foam or a better molded carpet for a "luxury" car?

it was soo bad, it was making popping noises as i cleaned the carpet. also, looking under the dash area, you can see where the carpets cuts off and how crappy it was laid out.

then the roof, where the rear view mirror is, i looked were the fabric meets the window and again, more crappy molding, you can see a gap and air pockets right were the reverse mirror goes into the ceiling.

the interior of my integra has a better build quality...

im 16 and i come from a family of wealth and my family has had pleny of bmw's and alot of nice cars

and i was actualyy getting a m3 for a while but **** changed and i ended up with a g and i love the car more then most of what my familys hadd and its not a piece of **** by any means and i would say i like it better than the m3 but its just my choice ... and if you always talking about how your intgras better than sell the g too someone who actually will apreciate it

Don't get me wrong, I like the way the car looks, but they way it is built.. cmon man, you'd expect more on a 35K+ car...

i wanted this car since 2005. I saved up enough do down one and got one with everything in 0ct. 2006. sadly, i already am bored of it, and do not want to mod it cause it will ruin the value of the G.

i said i like the way it looked. which was the #1 reason why i bought one. it's one of the nicest looking coupe out there. no other car the 30-41k range even comes close to it "look" wise.

looks alone doesn't give it any excuse for the poor workmanship in the interior... not to mention the notchy 6mt transmission.

I don't mind the transmission on my buddies G. It was alright. I would like it alot more with a short shifter, and a non-wussy clutch though. His clutch felt like a sponge after I was used to my ACT heavy duty one on my 240.

I agree with bone_stock_240 on this one, if you're gonna trash the G, then either:1. Take it up with Nissan/Infiniti2. Sell it or Trade

This is not the place to complain about the G and rant on about it... cuz to be honest, I think the G35 is THE greatest automotive masterpiece since the Ford Model T. And since we're keepin it real under this topic, i'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that i'm 17 years old and my parents DID buy my G for me and i'm very thankful for it... I'm not the type of person to talk mad trash to others but i will speak my mind when needed and this is a perfect situation... Next time you go to a store with a good collection of magazines, look for a specific magazine called the Du Pont Registry. When i step out of my Black G35 and look in that magazine and see the same car i drive everyday listed right next to a '04 Red Enzo Ferrari; I feel pretty damn good about my G35... Now while you're browsing that Magazine, I'll tell you something else you will not find... that lil' integra you were talking about is def. not listed...

OH! and i have seen the videos of the S2K racing the G35, and yes the G35 does get beat and you know what? That is a honorable loss because the S2K is pretty much an equal rival, and if i think we're talkin about the same video, then the S2K was slightly modded while the G35 was bone stock. Seeing as to how the G35 did stay with the S2K for a while, then I think thats pretty damn good...

Now just to set thing straight, i'm not technically "flaming" you nor am i trying to be a f***tard towards you, i'm a car enthusiast that is honestly a G35 Enthusiast at heart; and i'm just keepin it real by tellin it like it is...

If you find something wrong with the G, Nissan has a friendly customer care department, if you need the telephone number to rant on to them; then i'm sure the friendly people on this form will be more than happy to give it to you!
