Ha! I did that last year for a couple of e-greeting cards I sent around but I don't think I ever posted the pic up here. If I can't find it I'll take some more once we've got snow on the ground.

You should put the nose up higher, I had mine covering the Nissan hamburger. I also tried to bend the antlers rearwards to make it look like a swift reindeer, but I didn't want to break them.

That is exacly where I would love it to be. How did you fasten it to the car?

I had it on my G37 last year. I took the wire out and made an elastic/velcro fastener so it wouldn't scratch anything.

I have the antlers at the back of the window where it turns down a little so they are sticking back a little. They are fun. I have been getting lots of "thumbs up"

I gutted some 550 cord and used a few of the inside strands to go around the front bumper. It's heavy duty enough to last all winter and if you tie it tight enough it won't slip. I've seen people use fishing line on pushe bars and stuff, but didn't want to use it on my bumper just in case I cinched down a knot too tight and cut into it. 550 cord is also light coloured, so it didn't stick out on my yellow, and would blend in even better on your silver.

I commute at highway speeds (and sometimes a little over ) so I only ran it when I knew I just going to be toodling (is that a word?) around town.

I worry. Sure don't want to do any permanent damage to my baby. Alot of my work communte is 80 mph. I would die if my holiday spirit scratched someting forever. Love this car.

Oh, don't misunderstand...I just didn't drive on the highway with mine because of rain, salt & wet...didn't want to have to toss the red nose and the antlers at the end of the season because they were all FUBAR.

It is supposed to be raining here for the next 2 days. I'm sure I will have to pull them off in the morning. Ahhh...rainy Monday mornings.
