XXR fitment over 300zx Rear Calipers

Will the 16 x 8 XXR 002's with a 0 offset fit over a rear 300zx Brake conversion?

In the rear I would think so, might be close, but not sure. The fronts won't without a spacer of at least 10-15mm.
