i need a spare rim for my 2002 nissan pathfinder 4x4. 16" stock rims.

i went to the junkyard but all they had was a spare rim with a tire from what looked like a 2002 xterra[same rim diameter]. did nissan use the same rim size for the spare rims?>?i need to know to see if i can buy it....

I'm not sure if the backspacing etc. is the same, but the diameter and bolt pattern are the same and the spare is a full size.

backspacing is definitely different. rim diameter/width should be the same if they're 16s, and they are definitely the same bolt pattern.

so the wrecker doesnt have a single pathy with at least 1 rim on it? cuz i mean... we do haul full sizes.... so why not just grab one of those suckers, put on some cheapy rubber and youre pretty much set. There has to be more then just 1 wrecker dude.... try a few places.

you could, but the xterra wheels have more backspacing than stock, and they will cause oversize tires to rub the strut.

try checking craigslist or the junkyard for wheels off a tacoma or 4runner. i'm running wheels off of a late-model tacoma. they're virtually identical to stock -same diameter, width, and backspacing. i paid $50 for all 4.

i was planning on buying a new tire for the rim. the junkyard has the rim for $20 which is the cheapest i could find. most places didnt have any in stock. one junkyard was trying to charge me $125 for a alloy rim

new tire or not, the backspacing is wrong.
