Xterra KA into 240

Hey guys, as all of you know, the KA's out there are getting fairly old and its harder to find one with lower mileage as time goes on. I did some research and I know the 2000-2004 Xterra's came with the KA, so I was curious, I have a 91 240, I was planning to do a KA-T on it, but It would be highly beneficial to find the lowest mileage KA out there, and obviously since the Xterras are less than half the age of the 240s' , its a better option.

okay so down to my real question, I would assume I would have to swap my intake and exhaust manifolds over, and probably my distributor as well, but aside from that do you guys know of anything else that would need to be done to complete the swap into the 240?
