Xterra bumper conversion

I have a 2003 Xterra but i hate the plastic bumper. I know Terras and Frontiers share the same chassis and many interior components. I wanna put the Frontier chrome bumper on my Xterra, does anyone know if the bumper brackets are the same?

the brackets and frame horns are the same but the fenders and bezels around the headlights are slightly different, and both would have to be trimmed to fit the Frontier bumper. Ideally you'd want the entire front clip from a 98-00 Frontier (the only ones that had a chrome bumper) to make it work right. Fenders, hood, bumpers, etc will all bolt up that way.

01-04 Frontiers also have a big plastic bumper, and the grill is all integrated in a single piece, unlike your Xterra which at least has separation between the bumper cover and the grill.
