Anyone have any personal experience with this amp? Pros and Cons?

It would be powering a pair of Boston Z6's in the front doors and a single Boston Pro 12.5LF in the hatch.

I had an xtant amp not too long ago and the thing was incredible, it was almost crystal clear with almost no distortion, it was a little tricky to tune, mostly time consuming but the amp was great!! if you can get a good deal on it go for it. they are not the prettiest of things but man you cant argue with results

i thought about getting an xtant amp. before i bought my system i did hours and hours of homework. i found out that there are better amp for cheaper. well don't want to brag for example HIfonics. Everyone who has it has nothing bad to say about it. it never once has it shut off on me. to top it all off if HIfonics is good enough for ICE T's farrari it good enough for me!

the only problem with Xtant, IMO, is price. the price ranges from 500-1000 dollars. on the same level as Phoenix Gold. thats probably the reason you rarely see them.

Actually, Xtants are among the highest quality amplifiers built. That is why the price tag is also among the highest. Do a little research, some of the most award winning Iasca competitors utilize Xtants. They have some of the most intuitive layouts and configurations for printed circuit boards. Xtants have capabilty to accept balanced line input up to 17 volts. Not to mention the separate left and right channel adjustable gains for the front channels. If you have any other questions I'd be more than happy to try to answer, I have complete confidence in them, especially the x series. Cartoys just picked the Xtant line up, so you should see a lot more in the near future. Hope this helps!
